Mum recently purchased a used Ford KA from JR motor sales, and we couldn't be happier with the car and the service. Mum at 75 years old is naturally cautious of any big purchases, but no pressure was placed on her, and ALL questions answered with patience and professionalism by Garry. The car was well presented with MOT, service and valet all done.At point of sale we were no approached by anyone until we had looked at 3 cars ourselves, and there was no heavy sales pitch. Mum felt comfortable with the whole process which speaks volumes for Garry's approach. She loves her new car and it is running perfectly for her.

I was looking for my first car, and I came across a Seat Ibiza, matching my exact want. When I came to see the car, it looked as if brand new, taken care of amazingly and the valet job was top notch. I was immediately offered a test drive too.At first I was concerned because the car had a short MOT, but was quickly assured that only once I’m set on buying the car, the car is serviced and MOT’d for me. After a few days the car was ready to collect. The hand off was easy and quick. The car also comes with a 3 month warranty. After a few days I noticed a tiny fault with the car, and contacted Quayside cars, on the same day there were measures in place to sort the issue out for me, and the communication was fast and easy. Overall, a great experience and I’m extremely happy with my car.

Jack showed me several cars within my budget and specification he was extremely knowledgeable on all off them. There was no pressure to buy just helpful advice on all cars. I placed a deposit on a car on the Friday afternoon and it was ready to collect by Monday. The process was extremely smooth there was no hassle for myself even taxing the vehicle was taken care of. No crazy admin fees or added commission which you see at other car dealers, so you get the advertised price! Jack and Hayley at Quayside Cars, Byker are genuinely good people with a thriving business. Their turnover of cars is a testament to that! We bought a Citroen C3 from them at a really good price. The car was ' a grand little car' according to my mechanic. Unfortunately, the timing belt snapped. Fortunately, it was still under warranty! We got the car to their mechanic who sorted everything. They made numerous phone calls to the warranty people to save me having rhe hassle. The aftercare was really good. A courtesy call to check I'd got home okay. I would definitely buy from them again. They deserve all the 'stars' they can get.

I found a car via the internet that I liked. I rang Quayside Cars and they were very helpful with my questions. I arranged a time to come and view the car - on the day I was delayed by traffic and they rang to double check and waited for later for me to arrive! Once there I was given time to look over the car and check it was the right one for me. There was a good selection of cars available on the lot as well. There was no pressure to buy but because it was the one I had seen - I put a deposit down. The car was taken for an MOT and service and two days later I was able to collect it. All paperwork complete with two keys for the car. Hayley helped with the road tax to make sure I did it correctly and then I was off on the road. So far so good and if I need any help in the future I’m sure they will be there to assist. Thank you from a happy Polo driver.
